PDI Status: Draft Nth Yes. As they read. After the latest revised and annotated by the CRUE, and several months with the subject standing, I received the new draft proposal warm, and check when you read the date. A first look not intensive and exhaustive analysis, it makes me a glimpse of some changes that should be mentioned. Happened to them:
a) The intensifications teachers: Do not go away this possibility, which was already loud and clear in earlier versions (see art. 13). It also establishes something called PAD (Dedication individual Academic Plan) which encrypts the teaching load of 240 hours per year more than 180 tutoring in the art. 8.3 and 14.8 respectively. It is in the art. 13.2 where the door is left open, in my opinion, for the use, abuse, and experience some of the escalations, teachers, although it must be said in justice, now confined to "limited Times," although not establishing what that limit. A year? Five? "Until we retire? That is, perhaps more than an open door is a hole that fits a freight. Separate and go for neighborhood-university-back to business as usual: as the neighborhood you live in, and you'll do. And we will see very different treatments of the same officials state level bodies.
b) structure is reworded to apply the scoring concepts degrees horizontal career, basically eliminating atrocities like the points for seniority or union activity, and letting it all much more concise and less detailed than in previous versions. c) With respect to the above, leaving the concrete in the form of scale to a future ministerial order, which initially I think it is negative, given the results of something that followed a similar process: the scales and their application for accreditation ANEC *, with arbitrary states and generated legal uncertainty that we all know.
d) The final provisions have been modified, and now this text is also applicable to the bodies CEU / TEU in all practices that set.
e) keeps rising level of destination to complement every living creature (including TEU doctors, no doctors, no), to realize when they have recovered the levels of compensation prior to decree special measures a year ago, when we lowered the wages, so that before long.
f) And finally, keep the endless list of rights and duties, activities of one class and another teacher as if they were known, for redundant, everyone told.
